And for the uneducated fools claiming Cam is an introvert. Cam has displayed in every facet of his football existance he is not an introvert. Introverts don't go on the field and start dancing. Introverts don't interview as well as he has. Introverts don't go out of their ways to say controversial statements knowing it will attract even more media attention. Introverts don't rally the guys on the sidelines before a game is over to take a celebratory group dab picks. Calling him an introvert makes you look like an ignorant cam apologist. This dude is not an introvert. He clearly just doesn't give two fugs when his coach isn't in his ear and his publicist isn't in his ear. You don't want to be bothered? Go have your boys get your food to go. You clearly got a posse that is willing to do stuff like say "No pictures."  He's a great QB but damn, I can't believe some of you are that bad of judges at character to not see his phony act for what it is. Cam would make a GREAT politician.

Yeah, and he wears socks with sanfals too, dont forget that

Actually I've done a lot of volunteer work myself. I've done it for various reasons. None of which were because i was advised to do so to increase my public standing nor was it in order to be noticed by anyone.

The truth is, I don't dislike Cam at all. I see Cam for who he really is, which anyone in the world can see if they stop trying to interject kids and footballs into the mix to try and imply people are haters and that people should be okay with showboating. I don't like showboating by any player but that doesn't mean i'm right and anyone is wrong. I also don't hate cam for doing what he's done. He's incredibly coachable. Who doesn't want a player who is coachable on and off the field? I'll take Cam Newtonon my team over any QB in the NFL. PUHLEASSSE. But no, I will not bring up stupid irrelevant poo in trying to convince people to like the dude. and for the record, most people these days are narcissists. Have you been on facebook? But yet again, I like cam. I don't like the showboating but that applies to any and all players. offense and defense. I believe in class. I believe in respect. I believe panthers fans need to quit bringing up irrelevant poo to justify there positions versus others positions on cam.

Get over yourself, dickhead.  You act like you've had some kind of epiphany or something. You're just projecting and speculating, but TRD suits you well.

To make it clear he wasn't eating , he ordered to go.

And? He was busy, with a hood on his head and not acknowledging anyone. He clearly didn't want to be bothered.

For those dissing the fact that Cam is an introvert, get over yourselves. Cam is not a media person. He says what he says and that's it. He's obviously comfortable on the field where he's able to be himself. But for the most part, Cam has always been a loner in many ways.

For fugs sake leave the fuging man alone. I have been avoiding tv and news articles but it seems to be the most popular subject on planet fuging earth right now. S what about the interview? So what about not breaking his neck to pounce on a football after his teammates were letting him get creamed all game, and fumbled twice, and wouldn't catch the passes he placed well. You can't expect anyone to "shoulder the loss" so what Russell Wilson took blame last year, his dumbass through the game losing pick. His teammates didn't leave it all up to him and put him in that position. Cam is a human like everyone else, let him be pissed.

    • To kick this up, The Athletic has a really comprehensive piece out where pretty much all QB questions are addressed. It is worth seeing.  https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7083539/2026/03/04/starting-quarterback-projections-free-agency-draft/?source=user_shared_article I’m putting something specific here but it should have a thread or something. It is an extensive exercise.  This is a dense write up with a lot of column inches used, about the Jets and Murray and Reich, all this stuff.. then it goes to backup QB and there is Dalton.  I am pasting that part: As for Dalton, Reich is installing the offense he was trying to run in Carolina in 2023 before he got fired, and Dalton was with the Panthers then; he’s an ideal option as a veteran backup to replace Taylor. Reich said this about Dalton in 2023: “The way he's throwing the football, the way he works through progressions, the way he handles the operation. … Since day one (when) he walked in the door, I'm like, 'This guy is starter-worthy.' You guys know I've said that all along. He's, in my opinion, one of the best 32 quarterbacks in the world.” ——— That’s true love lol. I never heard any of this. Pretty crazy I think, considering how the year went.   Anyway the dream is not dead. .
    • The Seahawks traded for wide receiver/returner Rashid Shaheed at the trade deadline. He proved to be a key acquisition. Shaheed returned a punt and a kickoff for touchdowns in the regular season and had a 95-yard kickoff return in the postseason. Shaheed, though, is scheduled for free agency. So, the 12 games he played, including the postseason, might be the extent of his time in Seattle. Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Shaheed and the Seahawks are not close to an extension, and the expectation is that the two-time Pro Bowler will hit free agency. Shaheed has 153 receptions for 2,243 yards and 12 touchdowns in his four-year career to go along with three punt return touchdowns and a kickoff return touchdown. He ranks 13th on PFT’s top-100 free agents. https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/report-rashid-shaheed-appears-headed-to-free-agency
