Kemba/Kaminsky Trade??

Eh.

If there's real truth to this trade attempt, we're pretty much going to have to unload Kemba somewhere even if it isn't in this trade. The team is already dealing with inconsistency, trying to trade Walker at this point isn't exactly going help with that moving forward.

Kaminsky is someone that Jordan was supposedly really big on, so it makes me wonder about the legitimacy of this trade rumor.

This sounds stupid and would kill attendance.   Who knows at this point though.

Kemba's contract is looking pretty good at this point and Frank is a freaking rookie.    When we get rid of Jefferson we should have some room to get someone in here.  This makes no sense to me, hope it's a rumor.

Just now, carolina-chuck2 said:

MKG brings the defense tho.

id rather put Batum in. That's two expiring contracts for LA if they plans to go after KD. Plus no one knows if he'll stay here or not.

You can't bring the defense from the bench.  He's not going to last.  He has all-world talent on defense and potential but he's going to be hurt all the time I think.

Y'all really buying some random Bucks fan account's sources?

Not opposed to moving Kemba at all but at this point if we move him I'd want Parker, Middleton, or Greek Freak included in the return. If they want to move Monroe in a salary dump, give them Al and maybe a pick. Otherwise I wouldnt touch him.

The Blake Griffin idea is insane and LA would be stupid to offer it and we would be stupid to turn it down. Short term, Kemba-Batum-Griffin is fighting in the top half of the East instead of hovering around 40 wins or so every year. Long term (if you could re-sign him in two years) Blake would give you that piece to potentially entice Curry to sign here. But again, that deal is so stupid on the Clips part it's a pipe dream at best.

    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
