I'd rather stay in 7th and face the Raptors unless we can to 3rd. I think we could own the Raptors in a 7 game series.

I don't care where we are as long as we don't face the Cavs. I would like to sit down with my son and watch us actually win A GAME in the playoffs.

I will take it.  Sixth and seventh are the places to be unless we go off and finish third.  Whatever happens, please do not finish eighth.

The only way an improbable run happens is if we get there. I'd have a lot of fun watching us win a series and compete for a second.

it's alright, it's alright - i had this game as an L in my predictions.. all going according to plan. LOL

in had everythign right last night except Chicago beating Washington - which is actually better. Now I seriously doubt we have to worry about being caught by the Wiz. The Wiz, Boston and Atlanta all still have WC trips on their schedule, which hopefully knock them down a peg.

I updated the opening graphic. Looking over the next few nights - if we bounce back against the Magic and manage to beat the Heat, we could be tired for the 3rd spot with Miami by weeks end if we beat them.. Boston plays OKC and @Toronto (2 possible L's), Atlanta has a tough game @Detroit and then home to Denver.

So what's the current magic number for the Hornets?  Can they clinch a playoff spot tonight?  I've lost track...  Not a huge NBA fan, but pleased the Hornets are having such a great season, and excited for them to be in the playoffs.  Great time to be a Charlotte / CAR sports fan.  Panthers, UNC in Final Four, Hornets....    Nothin' could be finer...
