RIVERA ON SQUAK BOX: Head coach Ron Rivera joined CNBC's ‘Squawk Box’ to talk about what he learned during the Panthers' successful 2015 campaign and how he is preparing for next season. "One of the biggest things I learned is that we have a great locker room, a great culture," Rivera said. "The players take ownership. It has been tremendous to see how the players have taken over that locker room." Rivera says he has several trusted captains who have helped build a culture of respect and accountability.       Just like WR, you thin ignite and then suffer an injury and you are scrambling.  Any RB could have run through some of those those holes though and maybe you don’t get the same xtra yards but you are getting yardage.  It is the pass catching they will miss the most.

      Without Sanders, they are stil catching balls. Sanders is about a giveaway to it will be a pass play.   Also, hoping we see the competition at RB keep both guys on their toes.

      I was talking about pre season hype vs now.  They were talking about him being the best route runner on the team and being unguardable.  Putting people in the blender.  He has had 1 catch the last two games, and before that it was 2 per game. I like Renfrow, but it seems him and Bryce are not on the same page.
