Blandino: If it's questionable, it's incomplete (let replay fix it)

This could all be solved (NFL using replay as a crutch included) if the NFL would just admit their officials miss too much with the current rules and adopt the College replay system.

Ok.

Ball touch ground after 4 steps = fumble

Ball touch ground before 4 steps = incomplete. 

My point is they are making some of these rules waaaaaayyyy to grey for no real reason.

If the Bengals receiver makes a play like that its not ruled a catch cause its the lowly Bengals, small market Cinci

Large market, big fan base, Pittsburgh would get more revenue than Cinci would with a win which trickles down to the leagues wallet 

The head of officiating said the next day that the play should've been an incomplete pass. I thought it was incomplete right after it happened. I don't understand how refs could miss something this easy. It just proves they heavily favor some teams.

I see 2 major flaws with this 

1 nobody knows what a catch is anymore. Even if reviewed 75 times

2 there is a limited number of challenges so even if you get lucky and get it right everytime, you are screwed if it happens 4 or 5 times in a game.

 

I guess they will have to save all challenges for passes and not challenge anything else

If you are going to do this then give teams more challenges
