WR Stephen Hill, OT David Foucault among 11 players cut today:

The Panthers also released recently signed offensive tackle Willie Smith. Hill and Smith had their contracts terminated, while the other nine players were waived.

Here is a complete list of Sunday's cuts:

• TE Braxton Deaver

• DT Ray Drew

• OT David Foucault

• WR Stephen Hill

no real surprises on the players that got cut.  Thought Hill would make it to the 75, but the Panthers said fug delaying the inevitable.

He won't be, but usually the Panthers sign people that are released to get to the 53.
