Probably jammed a finger on a helmet or something and had to miss a few reps while the trainers looked at. By NFL rules, any player that participates in less than 100% of their normal practice reps due to an injury must be placed on the injury report as a limited participant even if they sit out just one. I have no doubt he will be fine.
