3rd and 5, looking for Olsen, never gets off him. KB and Dickson open.

Remmers destroyed on spin move here.

pass incomplete, Cam hit.

Damn. Dickson didn't have a chance at the sticks but KB coulda fallen over for the first.

Seeing Freeney with a clean shot at cam and 74 doing his best Byron Bell impersonation is frightening.

The broadcast showed the shove. Not that it makes a difference

They just didn't talk about it.

I've been watching the game this morning while at work. The best part so far was hearing us chant "Keep Pounding" at the start of the broadcast.

olsen had a step on his guy..cam with a wild throw..should have just gone underneath to KB..easily picks up the first and it's a much easier throw..the o-line has been atrocious at protecting cam but cam has also struggled with some of his decisions and accuracy..cam is probably pressing some because he knows he doesn't have much time in the pocket

Thats something that ive been wondering about. It seems like Cam isn't looking at the whole field but locking in on either KB or Olsen. Plus the fact that he is getting constant pressure is probably making him look at the D-Line rather than down field.

step or no step, at some point newton has to acknowledge that olsen draws coverage and consistently leaves someone like benjamin open or with single coverage and trust him enough to just give him the ball.

it's maddening to see benjamin overlooked time and time again.

Atlanta first play from scrimmage on offense.

Panthers bring 7 defenders. Thomas Davis clearly held, no call.

Result, one of many Julio Jones receptions.

At least CJ is near the QB. Ealy was chipped and taken out of the play.

The announcer kept saying how we weren't blitzing, which is the exact opposite of what we were doing. We were blitzing to much which left our DBs on a island. And the Falcons kept picking up the blitz on these play action.

We were playing the Falcons as if they were a run first team.

    • Not sure who said it first, but Tepper is the correct answer. Still, I'm gonna go with Kasay keeping it inbounds. If, you subscribe to the butterfly effect version of time travel consequences.... When we win SBXXXVIII everybody's lives change: Moose never breaks his leg, We win it all again in 05. Tommy Jone is unknown and Peppers stays home, Champs once more 2008. No artificial pig heart turning JR into a creepy weirdo, no lockout, no Clausen. Fox and Jake ride off into the sunset on their own terms. No 2-14, no #1 pick. But, no laptop, no Blinn, 3 years behind The Golden Calf of Bristol, we still get Cam. JR let's him grow his locs like he always wanted, Smitty sees Cam in a new light. Dreads swinging, (and Smitty with his 3 Lombardis behind him) Cam is old enough to get those calls. No Manning narrative, Cotchery TD, PI against Talib on Philly Brown, 10,000 RTP calls and Kony Ealy SB50 MVP. No Jeans Fridays, no Tepper. KB doesn't slip on his own meatsweat mid-route in SD, Cam becomes the 1st QB to win 10 straight SBs. Retiring after being elected 47th president of the US of A, Cam ushers in the Permanent Proletarian Revolution across the globe, Xi Jinping bows in awe. "ẄøŘƙƐṛ§ őF ŧĤə ŵØRłð, ŮŊÏŦƐ!!!"
    • Yeah your right the owner was copping hand shandies while all this was going down
    • I mean not surprised the Patriots took him in and aren't trying to push him out. They've been the most morally bankrupt team in the NFL for a long while. Wouldn't be surprised if Vrabel has his own dirt on Kraft/Brady and other assholes from that organization over the last couple decades.
