That was a myth. We were around 14th in run defense ahead of the Ravens who won the super bowl that year. We weren't great but we weren't double dip on defensive tackles bad either. And yes we had Smitty and that's all we had which was the problem

Kony Ealy the pick in the second. The guy picked next after him is Allen Robinson SMH! Then you have him and KB and we don't have to trade up for Funchess last year. These drafts have knock on effects in terms of need the following year. Sometimes BPA is just not the way to go.
