his only fkup was norman...hes made us who we are..superbowl contender...now basement dogs....but! he's put us in the  position to win...sooo

This team has the talent to win.  At WORST this should be a 3-3 team.

And here we sit at 1-5.

That ain't front office's fault... that's coaching staff's fault.

It's called coaching, Sherlock. Clearly you haven't heard of it but it's not a myth. Proper coaching is necessary to sustain success. A great fighter without a good coach will never reach his potential.

We're the BJ Penn of the NFL.

Thank you gettleman's mouthpiece.  Yes, rivera and wilks are entirely responsible for the poo show we witness every sunday.  How the fug are zach sanchez, daryl fuging worley, and whatever other poo player with little to no experience we toss out there not already being touted as the next dick sherman!  Oh wise football oracle, tell us, if only rivera had taught them better bump and run technique, then we would have held julio to 275 yards instead of 300!  Damn coaches not turning mid round picks into fuging all-pros in three months!

Hell you should be too we're 1-5 bruh. But I guess you're more of a Gettleman fan than a Panthers fan.

3 years of GMing > 5 losing games

This is def a low point for DG but he will fix the mistakes and recover. For all the good he has done it has greatly outnumbered the amount of bad he has done.

Mistakes were made in terms of Norman and having such a young secondary without vet leadership to show the young guys what to do.

No, I'm a fan of the Carolina Panthers, not of individuals like you.

I'm a fan of good players that play for this team. If you go back to Josh Norman's first couple of years I hated him. Felt like he legitimately lost us games. It wasn't until I met him and also his play on the field improved did I begin to like him. I believe good players should stay on this team. If you'd rather have 19 million in cap space and start Sanchez than to have Josh Norman in black and blue then sorry, I can't help you. If you were a fan of this team you'd want the best players on this team to remain on this team, and if not you want them replaced by legit NFL talent. The only damn corner we have that would start for any other team in this league, we released.

    • I picked up too turdpiles from the same poster for saying basically I liked both Jake and Cam.  I tried to find where I had been negative and couldn’t see it. It was basically my most ‘fan’ posting in months, I thought. Innocuous approval of the guys behind our two best years. Could not make sense of it other to think that it was not okay with someone that I like both QBs.
    • They are not equal. But I didn’t believe either was worth that ridiculously desperate trade up.  I agreed with you then and still believe that now. We got horrible value for those assets.    Half the people here trashed the 2023 offense while overlooking that a coach they don’t think much of went 6-6 with them to finish 2022. You could have built on that.   Think about the picks lost and DJ too, and the additional investment in 2024 and the 1st this year and imagine all that still being done and having Darnold running it.  Then the 9th in 2023, the other 1st and two 2nds, you could have put them into the defense and still have had the massive offensive investment. Granted you would have altered the cap money you had for the guards by paying Darnold.  And tell me we wouldn’t have been so far ahead of where we are now….
