Peppers is a great player,he just isn't a leader at all.Every since Minter up and retired during training camp,and BIG CAT asked him to be the leader on defense and be the captain,Peppers hasn't been the same.He is a follower not a leader

Absolutely right. Last year for example, he was very active against Detroit and Oakland. A couple of pretty tough football teams. 5 out of 14.5 (34%) sacks on teams that combined for a strong 3 or 4 wins. Give that man a million a game.
