Time For a Complete Coaching Change?

..............And ZERO superbowl rings. You can be content with just being a borderline playoff team. Other fans on the other hand want to see this team win a ring. If broncos thought like you, they would have kept Fox and would have continued choking in the playoffs and superbowl.

AS of now, he has 4 losing seasons and only 2 winning ones. That lightening in the bottle last year sure did cloud people's memories of his disappointment in years prior.

You acting like it easy to win a ring you think these coaches are not trying there hardest out there not Rivera fault that those sacks were forced by our offensive line not protecting well

I feel Ron can be a way better coach if he

1. Hire fuging better coordinators my god. That is the easy part imo

Totally disagree here.

The coordinators aren't betraying Ron.

The coordinators are calling EXACTLY the kind of football that Ron wants.

Replacing coordinators and keeping Ron will only get you more of the same.  Because boring, grinding, run the clock football is exactly the kind of football Ron Rivera demands from his coordinators.

Mike Shula shouldn't even be SNIFFING a coordinator job in this league, but Ron hired him.  Now ask yourself "Why?"

I KNOW they are trying their hardest, they just AREN'T good enough, which is what this whole discussion is about. It isn't easy winning a superbowl, but we are wasting two future hall of famers primes with mediocre, stubborn coaches and it's a damn shame. Do you know how rare it is to have one of (if not THE) best players on BOTH sides of the ball? There is NO DAMN excuses. Rivera and Co. has underwhelmed and we better make a change now or else we will waste both Cam and Luke's careers.

It's time for a change period, from GM down. Gettleman has to go, he's shown what he's capable of. Rivera has to go. He doesn't have the balls for anything. Shula has to go. He can call a good half then a bad one. I think in order to go to the next level, you need more than mediocracy on the sideline.

Disagree on the GM change. Ron had no winning seasons till Gettleman got here, and we're seeing why.

My worry is that Gettleman will stick with Rivera and staff. He's had no issue changing out players, but has shown no inclination to fire or replace coaches or staff.

Sticking with Rivera also costs us a shot at an up and coming guy like Reich. My personal nightmare is watching us go another year with Rivera while Reich gets a job elsewhere.

The only reason I say Gettleman is for his decisions in the offseason. I agree with you though, and I fear the same thing. I said last week to someone at my office that Rivera is an okay coach. The ship has sailed but I highly doubt they will lose their jobs any time soon.

6 years. It's been 6 years to evaluate this coaching staff as to whether they have what it takes to WIN a superbowl. I've seen enough. Continued failure after the 1st half, ZERO in-game adjustments, constant time management failure, and constant lack of focus and discipline from our players game to game. Sometimes you have to make hard decisions to break through to the top (Denver, Bucs, Ravens, etc.) Gettleman still has a longer leash, but if he has another offseason like this one, his ass will be on the hot seat too.

So what say you, do you think it's time for a complete overhaul coaching change, or just certain coaches (cough cough.......Shula)?

I completely agree. I'm sick of this complacency. The we won't change after halftime and just hold onto the lead mentality. Passive coaching equals passive execution  and I'm not even going to start on the play calling.
