We have two guys who already fit this mold and we don't use them. Enough with bust receivers. We need vets at receiver. We need Offensive Line, DE, and safety help.

Agree with the first part. Cam needs a 4.3 type that can catch consistently. Doesn't matter if he's 5'9 or 6'9.

We actually need a smaller WR they used bigger WR to cover up Cam's accuracy but Cam just need to become better with practice  no short cuts.

We just need a playmaker, its that simple. People forget Steve had B2B 1,000 yard seasons with Cam so I never understood that Cam needs bigger receivers crap. No Gettleman just like his receivers with size

If Cam had Odell Beckham and you know Shula can design an offense to get him open, Odell would still get his

Late 5th round pick vs. #4 overall. I doubt we take a WR with our 1st rounder, but I could definitely see adding a mid-late round WR/returner type.

Wait. You came at me in another thread because I suggested it was possible to get value later in the draft and now you suggest exactly the same thing.

Anti-SEC people outnumber and make a bigger deal about the SEC than SEC "nut huggers". Guess we should give up Cam, Trai, Oher, Johnson, TD, etc because they all came from the SEC...

No, I'm simply saying that to compare a guy like a guy who went 4th overall to a guy who went in the late 5th as if they were equal prospects is absurd. Of course you can get value in later rounds, I'm just saying that you shouldn't pass up a prospect that you really like at a position banking on being able to pick up a guy later in the draft due to depth. The depth may not pan out of the depth may fly off the board a lot quicker than you anticipated.

Anti-SEC people wouldn't exist if it wasn't for the nut huggers. I'm not anti-SEC. They're a great football conference. I'm anti all the nut huggers who act like the SEC is an NFL equivalent and head and shoulders above the rest of the country. In reality, Alabama is head and shoulders above the rest of the country and the rest of the SEC and all the lesser SEC teams try to ride the coattails and act like they're something special because Bama is in their conference.

Actually no I believe SEC leads against other conference in head to head games, its been a down year but SEC is still the best conference.

Big Ten looks to have taken over best conference for this year.  Good call on Ross, he certainly seems like a good fit.  I'd be curious what he measures and tests at in draft process.

Yep, historically the SEC has the best head to head record. This year, it's the Big 10.

Hell, with all the conference realignments in recent years, I'm not sure if the historical record even matters. Seems like we have major conference shakeups every other year these days.
