I don't think Gettleman should be on the hot seat yet.  He has done a lot of good and until this offseason had done a great job. But like all the coaches and players he has had to eat some humble pie. I hope he has learned from his mistakes and gets this train back on the right track. Just like Rivera and Shula, everyone deserves the opportunity to screw up and hopefully get better. We let the players why not everyone....
