The only reason to watch ESPN during the draft, is to watch Mel pull his hair out when the teams start drafting other guys. 

I still watch the draft on NFLN.

No team uses Mel Kiper as a source of information. He has no influence on the draft or who teams draft. Let's be serious here. He writes stuff that people click on and read and argue about. That's it.

I hate Mel as much as the next guy. However, save the cam and Luke picks which he obviously got completely wrong (unless he had Luke going earlier which would then make him actually smarter) you can probably argue that every one of his picks would be more useful to us than our draft pick. Hate to play devils advocate here...

Cooks would've been there, we would've picked him.  Sadly, the only player that was available that Mel Mocked to us was Ogbah.  And he was about as useful as Butler this year.
