Andre Ellington will be a Free Agent this offseason

Andre Ellington is running back that has been all but forgotten in Arizona thanks to the utter dominance of David Johnson. He's only 28 and is more of a speed guy than a power back.

He can catch and he has less than 1500 total snaps in his career.

If we don't draft a running back in the first couple rounds of the draft, what say the huddle on this guy? Would it be beneficial to go back to the style of running we used to back when we had Deangelo and Stewart? He could be a great 2 in a 1-2 punch.

He would actually be a great complimentary back to Stew imo. If we don't draft a RB in our first few picks, I would love to bring him here

After watching Stew get hurt 2 years in a row I really think reducing his snaps played is a good idea, and with Andre we'd have a solid backup RB that we could rely on.

No, no, no, no, no, no.  No.

why would you be opposed to Gallman in the 4th or 5th?

Gallman can run hard inside and outside the tackles.  Good value if he were to be their especially in the 5th.  You want to improve your RB depth chart....the draft is where you do it and not free agency.

We have Cam.  We aren't looking for install the Barry Sanders offense of having our RB be our entire offense.  Gallman had more success the last 2 years vs Bama than Fournette.   Building a good offense means a collectively good offense.

We need to improve our backfield.  The draft is where you do it and you can find decent RBs mid to late.  That is probably the position above all others where you have to best odds of hitting on a real player mid to late.
