As for who else could be heading to Dancing with the Stars Season 24, Hollywood Life is reporting that there are a number of other big names allegedly considering signing on the dotted line, but are not yet officially confirmed as contestants.

According to an insider who spoke out about the possible cast, current bachelor Nick Viall is allegedly in the process of signing on the dotted line, as is actor Scott Baio, football superstar Peyton Manning, and recent retired former Baltimore Ravens player Steve Smith Sr.

Opened thread thinking Cam was going to be on DWTS based on the thread title but Smitty and Peyton would be good also. I think Cam will be on one day if it's still around when and if he decides to do it. He would be great on there.

I've got no problem admitting that I have watched a season of DWTS here and there. Hope they sign up because I would watch this one for sure.

I'm a fan (hot girls certainly don't hurt) but my wife is a fanatic. If her favorite doesn't win, she gets majorly pissed.

NFL stars always seem to do well, and not just because they're popular. Last year, Calvin Johnson started off looking awkward but was great by season's end.

I'm not so sure. I saw him tap dance once on "All In", and it was not pretty. Of course I doubt he brought his A game against a 10 year old.

I'm a fan of Sharna and Witney on that show. I watched most of last year, Calvin did come around after a rough start.

Could you imagine Cam blowing out a knee or reinjuring his ankle practicing for DWTS?

The fallout would be fatal.

Most the NFL players that go on the show are retired. There have been a few active players though, including most recently Von Miller and Antonio Brown.

Miller didn't blow a knee, but he was constantly blowing gas out his backside during rehearsals.

    • The same folks crying about the OL right now were crying about it in 2023 too. We have tied up over 100 million dollars in two interior olinemen alone and we have Taylor Moton inked to a recent extension. We've invested multiple first and second round picks in the offense. We hired an offensive minded head coach. This is an offensive team. The offense needs to produce or people need to be replaced.
    • This is the same place that has ridiculed and blasted Caleb Williams at every opportunity he has his team sitting at 10-4 in the same NFC that the Panthers are competing in. And their division in the NFC North is as or more competitive as our division. Yet from the same people who have very high standards for Williams we get every excuse imaginable for the smallest starting QB in the league even when he and his team continue to disappoint when the pressure is on. You lot aren't any less inconsistent than anyone else.
    • The Panthers are 9th in cap spent on offense this year.  However next season is already a different story  The Panthers as it stands right now will be 18th in cap spent on offense and 8th in cap spent on defense  The Panthers are currently set to spend more on defense next year than they are on offense this season Guys like Jaycee and Moehrig cap numbers take a big jump. Wharton has a massive cap hit   Jaycee Moehrig and Wharton in 2025 The same 3 in 2026 So this same defense as it stands right now will cost more in 2026 than this offense does right now… Got anything else you want to try?
