Damn, Huddle is scary.

6'4" and 200 and I bet I couldn't come close to a single rep. You can probably tell what kind of shape I'm in.

When I benched 285,  I was 6'1 and 220lbs.  Now, I'm 204lbs and focus on lower body and cardio.

I'd guess about 15 reps, and I'm almost 45 years old.  I'm good for maybe 2 reps of 315.  poo gets heavy quick!

Almost 45? Depending on the circumstances, saying almost 45 is terrible, sometimes its nice and can prove a point.

Hows that TRT treating you class of 1990?

spoiler- speaking from experience. Ha

I'm one of those "Naturally" strong kinda guys. I don't lift, but the other day when the wife's truck broke down I carried it home. I once carried a piano down three flights of stairs.

I am also swift of foot. As I can run multiple yards in an extremely short period of time. And am also able to run across a swimming pool, saving precious beer fetching time.

I can please the wife, breakfast, and watch the game, all before I get out of bed.

Remarkable, and extraordinary are just a few adjectives that have been thrown my way.

I'd imagine "full of s--t" gets thrown out there a lot too :)

With dumbells  if you know better.

This is true, I will concur....if you had to pick one.

Switching between press with the bar/bells as your body adjusts (6-8 weeks) and between reps vs. weights is far superior to either or.

I usually post PRs on snapchat if you want to follow me. @dxterity name is Daniel P.

Sounds like a good way to keep pushing at the gym. Id do it but I'm slightly older than the Snapchat generation. Facebook came out when I was a junior in college.
