Don't know if that constitutes a "big problem" or rather "minor inconvenience".  For the team I mean.  Obviously a bigger deal to Zimmer personally.

It's a big problem.  8 eye surgeries with no permanent solution represents an unstable and shaky situation at best.

No doubt.  Hopefully he can recover though.  It sounds like the procedure went well and the news from his doctors was positive.
