And right as that plays out, Bran "needing to talk to" Jon has to be about his parentage will surely come up.  Dany and Jon realize they're siblings (after they've probably already started banging), and hello new Cersei and Jaime with some issues to work out.

Biggest problem I have with the whole Dany and Jon sibling theory. Jon has black hair. Targaryens have white hair.

That's not confirmed. Jon is Lyanna's son but the father isn't confirmed.

HBO put a chart on their website confirming Rhaegar Targaryen is Snow's father. So he and Dany are cousins. (errr not cousins, Jon is Dany's nephew)
