That was  a great game, and I'll be honest, I was glad when Kane was blocked. He was clearly offsides, and never should have gotten the first penalty to begin with. Great goals by Wanyama on his screamer, and I'm just floored that we let Salah in like that, for his amazing drive.

The second penalty, I'm biased of course, but he got hit in the back of the leg (aka butt), and by definition would be a penalty. It was harsh, but technically the correct call. I think the result was exactly as it should have been. A great game, a frenetic finish, and lot of fun to watch!

He wasn’t playing the ball...  he lundge his ass at Virgil cause he knew Virgil will try to clear that ball.

Lamela watched Virgil, knew his eyes were up at the ball for a clear and threw his body in the way and flopped like a bitch. It was a horrendous penalty and Tottenham had no business getting a draw. Period.

City win

United lose

United is tumbling.  Love it.

I think Lacazette is a goner once summer window opens.  He came into the game looking angry and depressed that Arsenal benched him.  He had 4 opportunities to score in last 5 minutes of the game and he wasted every chance he got. Aubameyang looked amazing on the wing tho.  Lacazette was a great finisher in France but he’s been missing everything for Arsenal.

    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
