there's a funny story about that in his book. they were having 2 matches, Hogan was going to win one then Michaels would win one. they had the first match which Hogan won, and then Hogan pulled some backstage politics and refused to lose the second match and had it changed to him winning both matches. so this gif is the result of that, Michaels decided to go out there and act like a cartoon and flail around to make it a stupid match and embarrass Hogan.
