With Greg Olsen out the offense has stuttered having no outlet for Cam that can beat LBs, CBs or Safetys in coverage. Olsen was the only reliable option that could get open in critical passing downs who demanded double coverage while opening up things for the rest of the company. 

Panthers have won 80% of their games when a TE goes for 70+ yds.

We need to make trade with Seattle for either Luke Wilson or Jimmy Graham

Aside from LT, Shula needs to decide if this offense is a dinky dunk 5 yard gain offense or a take too long to develop for long gain while risking a sack kind of team. I don't think he knows exactly where we are.
