Theres actually alot to talk about once we get into analyzing this game.

  1. Armah used much more
  2. McCaffrey with his best rushing game
  3. McCaffrey with way more backfield snaps , first game where he seemed to almost be used as the lead back
  4. Team with over 200 rushing yards
  5. Stewart continues his ailing performance
  6. Funchess did well as #1 WR
  7. Samuel was decent, but we still seem to lack big plays downfield .
  8. Passing game overall, was pretty underwhelming. But in light of a 200+ yard rushing day, I'll take that.

As much as people in here were bagging on McCaffery, he's going to be solid. Kamara benefited from a defeated Tampa team. I'm not saying he won't be good, but did you see that one TD run down the sideline? He was literally jogging and the Tampa D looked like they didn't care. Tampa is 2-6 and they were a playoff team according to the pundits in the off-season.

One more game until the bye and getting Olsen back. Let's win one more and get a little healthier.

Also, please everyone pray that Rivera and Shula watch the game and one of them has a light bulb moment and they realize that going completely conservative isn't the best way to preserve the lead. Our OL was decent run blocking when we had the passing threat to pull the D out of the box, but our OL is not run blocking well enough to get first downs when the D is throwing everyone at stopping the run.

RR and Shula won't learn a thing...we won, so it was all a part of thier "master plan". that is the sad part, as much a peeps bag on Cam (and the DEF)...keep pulling 2 of the 3 stooges fat out the fire by the skin on their teeth...lol

I'd say the Eagles 51 against the Denver D is more impressive. Giants are awful, just plain awful. That said huddle favorite Landon Collins got smoked by Watkins on that long TD.

Denver is just falling apart just like the Giants. Both are good but Rams were coming off a bye so I give them the edge.

    • Rags lost again. All is right in the hockey world.
    • He’s responsible for two drafts classes. The first was one of the worst drafts I’ve ever seem. The second one is showing a ton of promise. I’m somewhere between skeptical and hopeful on Morgan.
    • I'm a big fan of Dan. His ability to find productive players deep in the draft will pay off.  I'm going to give him 1.5 draft classes right now, because I do think it's a little unfair to evaluate his first year when he got the job in January, especially when we went into that draft not having a first round pick.  XL and Brooks are still big time TBD players. Both still have incredibly high ceilings, but both have also given us legitimate reasons to have a lot of pause. Trevin Wallace, Chau Smith Wade and Jatavion Sanders have IMO outplayed their draft position early in their careers. That's a great thing. He also got Coker and Demani Richardson as UDFAs that year. Given the situation we were in, I really don't mind the gamble on the high ceiling guys. Still may work out, still may not, but if you made a checklist of ideal situation for an NFL GM to walk into, ours was near the bottom of that list.  Every single 2025 pick is contributing in some way. That typically doesn't happen. I am absolutely blown away by this draft class 6 games in. Even the best GM's miss on occasion, and we can't expect Dan to be 100% on drafts moving forward. Ryan Fitzgerald was an excellent find as well.  Comparing our last two drafts to the previous few is pretty shocking. Can you imagine this season without our Rookies? It would not be good. Additionally, this roster only has 6 players with more than 6 years of experience, and two of those are specialist.  The next step is equally important, and still very much TBD. We have to avoid Cap Chaos.
