Cam's trolling sealed the game

This team isn't out there to make friends. It's out there to beat down the other team till we get what we want...a win

Do whatever it takes within the rules to make it happen. Keep control of yourself and take control of the other team, pushing as many buttons as you can along the way to exert your control.

So what if it puts you in every other teams cross hairs. That's where you want to be, right? Force yourself to the top of that hill. Take it and dare everyone else to take it.

Screw Mr. Nice Guy. Become Mr. Big.

Ref wasn't gonna throw that flag until the pass came up incomplete. Had that ball been caught he wasn't gonna throw it. Which is bullshit, because that's a penalty that is tacked onto yardage gained.

Refs have been doing that this year and it's bull. You can't just pull a foul when you want. Just like finding a foul in a reply. No you can't just flag it when you want and not other times. That's bull to and it hurts the games credibility.

Bingo.

“You’re to young to get those calls”

the fact that refs have that mentality with Cam, and still do is crap

Just a question... If Cam is a trash talker on the field, ever think it gets under the ref's skins a bit and they waive off these things as "he was asking for it"? It doesn't make it right, but it might play into those no calls as much as his size and youth does.

A rooster is gonna crow and a lion is going to roar when things are going their way, and that's all and good -- it can even give an edge as we've seen, but you never know when a ref has just had enough of that crap.

Me, I know that when Cam gives the first down signal or goes for the Superman pose that we're winning or we're fixing to start winning. I hope to see it a lot in the coming weeks. I just don't want to see someone headhunting him and a ref that might be letting karma take care of things.

Cam makes games so much more fun to watch for me with his antics. Other fans might hate him but if he was on their team doing the same poo, they'd probably love it like we do. Its hilarious when Cam is jawing off , pointing for first downs, and celebrating. And the other team knows they're fuged when Cam is literally laughing his ass off on the field, that means he's on fire and you cant stop him.

"Cam shouldn't showboat so much. He just fuels the other team."

I caught a little bit of the Seahawks game and Russell Wilson is helping opposing defenders up, love taps on their butts, all stuff I'd never see from Cam in a million years (I think at most I've seen him share a laugh with some). An ESPN survey of players named Newton as the league's biggest trash-talker. He clearly frustrates guys as evident by all the celebration interruptions and jawing off, but I've never believed this idea that it motivates professional football players enough to play better. We do, however, have documented proof that it can work in his favor:

That is a man so frustrated he did something stupid and ended the game for his team. Poker players call this "full tilt". Make no mistake, he wouldn't shove Rodgers or Wilson or Brady like that. But Cam's "not really a QB" and they just want to hit him and shut him up soooo bad. So bad that they get stupid.

Mindgames in the vein of Muhammad Ali or Steve Smith.

It looks like the dude who pushed Cam also said something. The ref let him finish what he was saying then threw the flag.

    • Not in same league. Caldwell just hit a 10.00 on the RAS. 2nd out of 3830 from 1987 onward.  https://x.com/MathBomb/status/2027885023387349047 Yeah I mean Louis had a sub 9.00 RAS. Still very very good, no doubt. Louis is small, no 2 ways about it. He is likely a sub package lb in nickel packages or specialized WLB. Be fine ST gunner to start for sure. 6 foot flat and 220lb is pushing it for a starting LB. At 10 to 20lbs less than the other LBs he'd better be closer to the top in most timed drills. He's gonna be challenged when some of the wrs in the class can matchup bigger stronger faster, much less TE in the run game.  Yeah instinct matter and he has them, but that size is a massive red flag compared to many of the other LBS in this class.    Rodriguez is the LB that really climbed this week from a pure grit guy to great flash with athleticism people wrote off cause he was a QB at first at UVA. 18.4mph in the backpedal. Production the last 2 years were great. I'd be thrilled with him as the future mike.   Hill likely moved out of 51 and into the top 45 picks ( Ravens at 45 I can't imagine don't bite if he makes it there). Honestly Hill imo is a 1st rounder and I'd be ok with him as he fits the MLB we have missed the last few years. People would crow it's a reach but he's top 30 all-time I'm RAS for a LB at 9.9+ . Plus he was big time in big games when he was healthy. And that br a big check: meds.
    • Miller, Melo, Coby, Moose, and Bridges all on the floor at the same time must be a nightmare for defenses lol. Switch one out for Kon and still a nightmare. Coby really does bring a true 6th man value and looks like he could start if Melo was out after only a few games of getting his feet wet.
