Are you sure? Jerry’s boy has an active roster bonus and prob has a little more pull than he should in terms of remaining on the 53.

What are you talking about? He has to be activated and on the field. Regardless, he is not going to the coach or gm and saying “Don’t IR me or else”

dont be a dumb dumb. What you are saying makes less sense that a hobo in south Charlotte.

Captain Munnerlyn says he left “millions of dollars” on the table to come back to Carolina from the Vikings.

Cam Newton right shoulder? Is this the first time this shown up in weeks?

I wasn’t kidding when I said I’d take Josh Allen in the 2nd.  Not just as a backup and trade asset, but because we can’t expect Cam to be Superman and also give the rest of our team quality and quantity practice reps as well.

Of course Josh Allen won’t be available in the late 2nd and we probably wouldn’t pull the trigger, just saying.  Cam needs rest during the week as much or more than practice at this point in his career.

Bad feeling about this game. Zimmer is a great defensive schemer...I foresee Funchess and CMC being keyed on and neutralized...Unfortunately, I don't think any other player on offense is capable of picking up the slack.

Starts with Cam... If he can't figure out what they're doing, nobody else can succeed

So the injury report seems to be helping out team out...

Stewart out would finally mean more reps for CMC and CAP.

Shaq limited would put Captain in at nickel for the entire game...which is how it should be.

Hate to say this but I got a little excited when Stewart went to the sideline with a twisted ankle. Maybe CAP and Armah will get some snaps now.

What is plantar fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis (say "PLAN-ter fash-ee-EYE-tus") is the most common cause of heel pain. Theplantar fascia camera.gif is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen, and irritated (inflamed). Then your heel or the bottom of your foot hurts when you stand or walk.

Plantar fasciitis is common in middle-aged people. It also occurs in younger people who are on their feet a lot, like athletes or soldiers. It can happen in one foot or both feet.

What causes plantar fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis is caused by straining the ligament that supports your arch. Repeated strain can cause tiny tears in the ligament. These can lead to pain and swelling. This is more likely to happen if:

  • Your feet roll inward too much when you walk (excessive pronation camera.gif).
  • You have high arches or flat feet.
  • You walk, stand, or run for long periods of time, especially on hard surfaces.
  • You are overweight.
  • You wear shoes that don't fit well or are worn out.
  • You have tight Achilles tendons or calf muscles.
