Just A Reminder About How Much Of An Insane Athlete Jonathan Stewart Is

Ive hated on him

but its crazy dude. I came to the realization that **** if theres actually a hole or a lane to take advantage of, our RBs can like run through them for good gains.

And im sitting over here thinking the RB should break the 2-3 tackles that come at them before they get back to the line if scrimage.

I see you've resorted to hurling insults. I guess you've given up.

Numerous times the hole has been there and Stew has just been too slow to get there. Honestly, CAP has looked better in his limited opportunities.

so the Oline is the problem.

JStew has continued to prove he is not the problem.

Quickness and initial burst are a lot more important than pure straight line speed for a RB. Those are the areas where Stew seems to have lost a step or two. He still looks good once he gets rolling, it just takes him longer to get rolling.

It's crazy how one week has changed this place.  We beat an overrated Vikings team, and now Aaron Rodgers has no chance, and Jonathan Stewart is still incredibly fast.  But, just last week we were trash and didn't have a chance against the Vikings.  I just can't with this place sometimes.  Just SMH.

I love going in the hole.  A lot actually.

Once again most of his runs he meets contact at the Los. When they do seal off he blows though the hole. Same thing happens to McCaffrey and he has tons of burst.

Sorry man, numerous times the hole has been there and Stew has just been a step slow getting there. At this stage in his career he needs holes you could drive a truck through.

Stewart's best quality has always been that he has the balance of a high wire artist. You really do have to wrap him up because if you just hit him and try to knock him down, chances are he'll correct and keep going.

Unfortunately for us, Alvin Kamara has that same trait.

As to Stewart though, at his age and with the mileage that he's got on his tires, you have to kind of expect that games like this last one are now the exception rather than the rule.

Stew is a great Panther and a better person. Never whined or bitch about anything. Every year we bitch about him but then he’ll have one of these great game like last week to remind us how much we need him.

I think Stew would do much better if future CH’s HOF CMC would freaking do just a little bit to help Stew out. Change the pace a little and open other spots for Stew.

Stew was great back in the days when DWill was able to open up the running game.

Lol you know when you can tell someone is talking out there butt? When they make outlandish statements. No time this year except for last week did this unit make a huge hole. Stewart turned that into a TD. By your logic McCaffrey has lost a step and should probably retire.

Keep dreaming bro, I wish this was the J. Stew from a few years ago but it's clearly not.

CMC is still a rookie adapting to the NFL. Stop making strawman arguments.
