MJ is the true heir of the Carolina Panthers who has actual ties to the Carolina and is the ultimate competitor that wants to win.

But this is down the road when J.R. is ready to move on, some food for thought.

I highly doubt Jordan would be the only person wlling to keep us in Carolina.

Oh yea diversity.

Every owner likes to make money.  Otherwise why invest in the team?  

With that said I wouldn't be mad if it happened (but it won't happen - there will definitely be people with more money than Jordan interested).  I really don't think he would meddle like he does/did with the Hornets, which was primarily due to his belief in his own ability to evaluate basketball players.

Jordan has enough money to buy the Panthers & can partner up if required. NFL will benfit by diversifying the league and ability to tap some of the youth market that NBA has done.

I never said he didn't have enough money.  But there will be people/businesses out there with even more.  It won't be easy for MJ.
