Brother I am planning on coming to a game in the fall.  Sometime in September.   Still overseas so hooking up with someone for a tailgate is the best for me.   I would love to stop by.

Marc was a great guy and it is cool to meet one of his friends.

of course just let me know. I was hoping for a UK game next fall but it looks like we are waiting another year at least...

I met Marc at a MS event and he invited to the tailgate the next year for a Raiders game. Great guy, and a great host.

Me too.   I wonder if JR had anything to do with this.  It seems so odd that Carolina has never been there yet every other team from our division has been there at least once.

Off the beaten path here but I'd put game-winning QB draw vs. the Packers in 1999 in the 'miracle', or at least 'highly improbable', category.

Not off beaten at all.  I don't think there was one fan in that stadium Packer or Panther Fan that though the QB sneak was going to happen.

What a great call in a great game.

When I was in high school, I worked at the original Charlotte Coliseum at a concession stand selling popcorn, nachos, etc.  While the game was on and there were no clients, I could step just a few feet out of the stand and have a great view of the game.  This was also back when every game was literally a sell out.  This is definitely one of my favorite moments...the feeling in that coliseum that day was electric...then this happened:

true story, I was there for this. And so was Marc, but I hadn't met him yet

For reasons I won't get into here this game altered my outlook on life which I really needed at the time.

    • One thing I didn’t consider is how thin this draft is at quarterback. That’s going to drive up the market for backups and borderline starters like Willis, Jones, and Jameis Winston. Because of that, we’ll most likely be priced out of the market for this tier of backup.
    • We've already beat the #1 seed twice, why not one more? (Packers and Rams were both #1 seed at the time we played)
    • My determination has come down to this. Based on recent QB history, has Bryce's improvement warranted 50m per season? Lamar is the only original team QB to play on his 5th year. The others took major deals at the end of the 3rd, before or just after the option was signed. Chances are, we're getting asked for the same.  I haven't rooted for Bryce to fail. I've rooted for him to succeed so big that them signing that extension would give me no worries about our future at QB at all. We haven't seen that level of play consistently that this year. We haven't seen it in the past 6 games.  We're about to be at a threshold with Bryce and I worry about what this front office will do. We have a history of bad decision making and Morgan has been part of that group making those decisions. I don't want Carolina in the same boat Arizona and Miami are right now. It has nothing to with being right. It has to do with wanting to win for more than a single season. We've never had back to back winning seasons. Faith in their abilities is not warranted at this point.
