This article is pretty inaccurate from my perspective.  How so many unproven GM's are in the top 15 is unreal.  It's as if he is holding onto the GM's twilight years (for some) to grade them.

Please explain to me how the following are in the top 15:

• Reggie Mckenzie - Has a roster full of medium talent, and has let the Defense and O line go to waste
• Jerry Jones - Inconsistent as Hurney/Gettleman
• Steve Keim - Dude didnt even draft the talent that's still on the roster
• John Elway - Ever since the SB the team has gone to poo
• Ozzie Newsome - Left gaps on this roster for years 
• Dave Gettleman - I'd give him top 20 based on comp. but not top 15. His draft skills are mundane, and he has yet to show he can hold onto talent for the long term. The rent-a-player strategy got old fast.

Just not seeing it. Hurney oversaw our last season, which may have been one of its most tumultuous ever, but we managed to make a playoff appearance. His offseason moves since then seem pretty wise and, at times, inspired. 

His prior experience, while rough at the end, did produce some good teams and a trip to the Superb Owl, along with selections of a host of all-pro and Pro Bowl players from the draft. He also traded for an underutilized TE from the Bears who is now looking at a Hall of Fame ceremony after his retirement with us.

Yeah, that list sucks.

There are others out there but the consensus is that compared to other teams under mostly Hurney and some Gettleman the Panthers rank somewhere around 10th.

Oh ok so my hunch was right.  You completely lied about there being an article where hunrey was ranked higher than Gettleman and I ripped it apart calling it not credible. Glad that was cleared up.

No,  there was an article that appeared here in the huddle that ranked Hurney high on drafting that you among others dumped upon. Since I didn't post the article I don't have easy access to it and I don't have time right now to go through pages of old posts looking for it. But I will find it. FWIW, I don't lie unless it is to save someone's feelings or to avoid hurting others. And I surely wouldn't to prove a point with someone who has no credibility in my book to begin with. Besides if all you focus on from what I posted is the first sentence about the article, you are focusing on a tree and missing the forest. The point was your constant bashing of Hurney negates any credibility you have and renders your opinion largely worthless since you only look for things that reinforce what you already believe. You are one of the most biased person on this board when it comes to Hurney. So most folks outside of the Hurney critics discount what you say or post about the subject. Now we have cleared up a few things.
