I would have sworn that the op claimed months ago while all this stuff was still ongoing, that the NFL already did have a ban on non disclosure agreements and that JR and the Panthers were in big trouble because they broke that NFL rule.  Now come to find out there isn't such a rule.  So much for taking the football historians word as anything but just another opinion.
