Sure, let’s loosen the reins for real criminals that truly poison locker rooms while a real difference maker with the greatest bang for the buck in league history, who the Panthers love, WHOSE CHARGE WAS EXPUNGED, continues to pay for the sins of Ray Rice and the other 31 at the expense of the Carolina Panthers.

Dude Hardy is never playing again for anybody get the hell over it. That's what happens when you act like a dumbass. Glad he is gone and will never be a panther again.

Pretty sure it was Gantt who said based on what he knows, he doesn't expect Tepper to handle character risks any differently than the Panthers do now. We'll see.

That said, even if he does loosen the reins on that front, I see zero chance of Greg Hardy ever wearing an official Panther uniform again.

I’m not disagreeing on Hardy. His ship in the NFL and here had sailed long ago. But that isn’t because Tepper wouldn’t consider someone like him. We don’t know if he would or not yet. And neither does Gantt.. Maybe Tep doesn’t even know yet.

Why should it have sailed?  Rafael Palmeiro is 53, used steroids, lied to congress, was away from the game for 13 years, has knee problems, and still signed with the Cleburne Railroaders in an attempt to get back into Major League Baseball at some point in the near future.

Why the f*ck not?  Hardy has never been in better physical or mental condition.  He’s not even 30 and his tread is that of a player not even 25.  And we desperately need his talent to assuredly, no questions asked, get us over the hump.

Your Hardy obsession is just as bad as NJpanther's Jerry Richardson obsession... I liked Hardy on the field as much as anyone but he is an idiot off the field and if he could've just played the PR game and not been a distraction in Dallas he'd still be in the league. I personally would still take a shot on him but the league absolutely won't and I just recognize that enough to have moved on from thoughts of the guy.

As everyone before, during, and since the Cowboys stint has said and known, that was a disaster waiting to happen (even though he did play quite well on a circus of a team).  Nonetheless, his home is here, with the Carolina Panthers.

I know you’re on the good side.  Don’t give up now.  Dave Tepper alone holds the keys here.  Dave Tepper says his first, second, etc. priority is winning.  If true, Hardy, despite EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, will be a Panther again, and these Cats will absolutely blitzkrieg the league.

I think that even if we brought Hardy back here, he'd never be the same player or live up to what his potential was in 2014. It's gone forever and he did it to himself.

Not sure there could be a more glass half empty, or incorrect statement.  Our team captain, our WPMOY, he himself serving a suspension far more fair than anything Hardy ever deserved, he himself who fought tooth and nail to keep Hardy here, has EONS more tread than Hardy.  After 3 season ending ACL tears, he was 3 years older than Hardy CURRENTLY is when he made the FIRST of his three consecutive Pro Bowls in 2015.

Even if Tepper were interested, Hardy's moved on. He's got a professional contract in another sport. One where he gets to beat up people who aren't women.

”Hardy has said he would drop his (successful) MMA career if an NFL team (and get real, what other team would it or could it be?) offered him an opportunity to return to that league.”

If Wes Horton (who also, like our team captain, received a suspension far more fair than anything Hardy ever received), is kept over Greg Hardy, then it’s true, there is no fixing stupid.  Tepper is also a liar in saying winning is his first and second priority.  And odds are the Panthers will still remain without a Super Bowl.

What are the other 31 teams in the NFL doing then? If Hardy is a GUARANTEED SB win, One would think he would have plenty of opportunities to play?

Why isn’t he still a Cowboy? They had the last long look at him. Was he just too good? Did they trade him to the CFL? Surely they got something for him.
