So 9 quarterbacks with more passing TDs and only one player (running back) with more rushing TDs in the period 2011-2018.

And some people, including a portion of the Panther's own fan-base, don't think that Cam is a Top Ten quarterback in this league.

I think Cam is Top 5.  This is the year he cements himself into the very tippy top of QB echelons.  Hes already proven he can be the absolute number 1 guy, best player in the league.  That was the first half of his career.  I think now, we really start to see it all come together for Cam.  Norv has been a god send.
