You named one guy out of hundreds every year. Yes sacks aren't the end all be all but they are field flippers and they end drives. When you need the ball back sacks are critical in getting off the field on 3rd down. You simply don't see many elite pass rushers that aren't first round picks. Look at the best sack artist in the league from to recent 90% of them are first rounders. The guys that are good at getting after the quarterback are identified Early. -

Not denying that's a possibility but this sounds like he's the only available black coach in the league and under minds the improvements made on defense this past season. -
