Considering the Panthers probably have 13 plays, 4 standard passing and 9 standard running, it should not be too hard.

I was watching some of last years Panther games on NFL. com and it is amazing to me how much the plays do not change.....The Panthers were actually seven points from being 2-4 last year.....They just don't have the ability to consistently stretch the field on offense.

Well we all know fox pretty well and we know he will not change the gameplan no matter what anyone says. He stikes to what he thinks and knows works to win the game. A straight forward smash mouth football. I was watching Got game tonight. and Terry cousin said tonight that the panthers need to use Steve smith alot more in different areas of the game to get him more envolved wheather that is kick are punt return duties like he use to do back in the days. Are do more reverses are doing something to get the ball in his hands more like Terry said tonight. I agree with Cousin. Panthers need to find new ways to smith the ball more. Down field plays ain't working right now. Then panthers need allow Smith to return the ball more. Does that risk Steve smith getting hurt on a return?? Yes it does. But I bet steve would wheather return kicks and risk injury then to be left out completely. If teams have figured us out then Fox and his coaching staff needs to change the gameplan and look into the playbook and find plays they have never used before and use them. Some needs to change for the panthers to stay alive for the playoff hunt.

we could do that, but I don't see a ton of reverses as being a solution.. Not sure Cousin provided anything meaningful in his analysis.. And well, there are those that believe Smitty should return punts and those that do not feel he should. So far, he isn't returning them and those that feel he should not are being backed up on that issue.
