I really don't follow much football outside of our regional college teams and the Panthers, but I knew immediately that Sark was the wrong guy for that job.  I was amazed they kept him the second year.

The Falcons had a window and they hired Sark.

Speaking of..... Do we want Wilkes back if Rivera is kept and Washington is canned or permanently demoted (also assuming McDermott stays in Buffalo)?

I'd want Wilks back more as a defensive backs coach than I would a DC.

(not to disrespect the coaching skills of Richard Rodgers or anything)

I would take McDermott as Coordinator in a heart beat. Wilks was best as a DB coach, I wasn't a huge fan of his as our coordinator.

McDermott isn't going anywhere for at least another year. Bills were expected to have this kind of season with an unpolished rookie QB coming in. Sadly they look better than us on offense.
