This is one of the many reasons Ron Rivera should be fired. He and his staff does not know how to utilize all of their players.

Haven't seen any GM firings yet. Reggie McKenzie was fired a while back but I haven't seen any news today.

Steve Keim is certainly deserving in Arizona, but I don't know that it's going to happen.

Bucs GM Jason Licht was on the hot seat but has reportedly been retained.

Edit: last year, there were 7 new head coaches (Arizona, New York Giants, Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Tennessee, and Oakland). Two of those team made the playoffs this year.
