So is there a way to make a bet on this without going to Vegas ? Are the online sites legal in NC and reputable? Color me naive about betting online. ..

They aren't legal, but you probably won't be charged for a crime.  Most of these books operate in countries that the US can't touch.  Just know the type of unscrupulous characters you are potentially giving your money to and who knows what happens with it after that.

no because the teams that are most likely to win the superbowl usually have pretty shitty odds, like 3/2, 2/1, 4/1, etc. so if you put down $3,200, you'll need a team to win with 32/1 odds or higher to make a profit.

too late im fuged

Experience has taught me that I can do an excellent job predicting football games...as long as there's no money riding on it. The second I plunk any cash down, it's like my prognosticating ability turns to utter sh-t.

or maybe its a lot easier to forget the times you are wrong when you arent losing money on it

    • That does sound familiar. Those fans are deep. In snow lol. you don’t want to be up there in January.   I would think they have probably seen it all. Except what…  the championship? Gotta feel for them.
    • I thought he was from watching him play and also doing his first HC job. I thought he was the real deal  Apparently what happened is Kraft committed to Mayo and I don’t remember the timeline exactly - but Vrabel was unemployed at the same time Belichick was unemployed. They both were fired (or out) after the 2023 season.  Kraft hired Mayo. Who was kind of an obvious disaster. He probably already had the deal in place but I will give Kraft credit for not sleeping. With Vrabel out there for 2025 he made the move he needed to make and if it hurt Mayo’s feelings then oh well.  I guess you can tell I am not fond of Kraft but that was a really savvy move. At his age, pretty good. Still has it.
    • It’s going to feel like a home game for the bills. There are so many of their fans that live down here now, and many of them have never seen Allen play in person since their last visit was 8 years ago. It didn’t matter for the cowboys game, but it might here. I think we likely lose a close one. Probably a questionable flag or two that doesn’t go our way. X factor for Buffalo will be Kincaid and Knox. If we do win it’s because we get ahead and play keep away from Allen. FYI- I have many friends who are Bills fans that are fed up with Beane who we all revere and think is the one that got away. They feel like he was great to land Josh but has done a terrible job of building around him (especially at WR) and rely on him to become super man to win- sounds kind of familiar, like the last time we had a franchise QB.
