I was going to say a broken arm ins't too bad better then a leg , but sh*t if he needs surgery then its probably a serious break.

Athletes often have surgery to stabilize a break to hasten their recovery. Don't forget, TD played a Super Bowl with a stapled up broken arm very recently after having surgery to stabilize it.

Sad news for a hard worker. Opens a spot on the 2019 practice squad.

FYI- Hey herniay/Rivera it is totally legal to sign a safety, prefer a free one...

I’m not sure.  Any safety that would play for free probably isn’t very good.

Sorry. Couldn’t resist.

I get you’re point, but no one can compare to TD when it comes to coming back from injuries.

    • General tone of the thread. Probably shouldn't have quoted you directly. Not to mention, this White kid has a career 6.8 Yds IAY. Bryce is 7.7. That is not even an upgrade in targets down the field. It's literally a downgrade.
    • The scope of the limitations is so far beyond long bombs. Nobody here is clamoring for us just to run straight up go routes on repeat. There are crucial throws defenses know we can't convert such as down the sideline that almost always result in either the ball going several feet over the receivers head out of bounds or the receiver having to leap into the air and make an acrobatic attempt to haul it in or having to completely slow down or stop. It's off the table and defenses know it and sooner or later we were going to walk into another buzzsaw like against the Patriots. Nobody here is in love with Hendon Hooker or Mike White. It wasn't us who made the decision to ignore the depth of the QB room two years in a row. You can whail at people for discussing it all you want. If you're bothered by the discussion then all up Dan Morgan and bitch at him about the fact we are having to discuss the likes of Dalton Hooker or White. It isn't our fault.
    • But we have the qb whisperer or so I've been told
