Yep. But honestly, that's the case around the league. Virtually every roster has it's thin spots and a key injury or two can derail the season of just about any team in the league.

I just hope that if the need arises, we'll be willing to kick Moton over to LT. I know coaches hate allowing one injury to disrupt two positions but we've seen all too well the consequences of fielding trash at LT.

I'm the same mostly only post for draft content and such.. and still it amazes when we do the things we do when clearly better talent is on the board.. I have never gotten over picking shaq.. or vern butler..I wasn't thrilled about the trade up for little either.. but hopefully this pans out.

I can't even get behind the Grier pick either.. 3rd rounders I'm thinking starter period. And I know Grier could end up being a starter at some point because of cam, but I don't think the difference between him and say Tyree Jackson was big enough to warrant a 3rd when he went in what the 7th. Still could have got a starting safety at that point.

they were a train wreck in 2013 but were decent due to our front 7. Im hoping thats the case this year

You need to change your thinking.

Last year, the Panthers had one starter out of 22 who was a 3rd round pick.  Of the five starters picked third round or later, four of them were undrafted.  The only third round starter?  Trai Turner.  We actually had only two 3rd round picks on the entire roster:  Turner and Gaulden.

That's the Panthers history picking in the 3rd round due to pick a like gaulden and Grier. With Grier your not even really giving yourself a shot at a starter.. you picked him as insurance..Most of the league is still looking at starters in the 3rd round. It's very rare you see one just end up cut or a flat out bust.

      I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......

      Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.

      Nah we just talking about giving a platform and normalizing predators (who both beat women) opinions and celebrating it if it fits your narrative.  If that's fun I'm fine being a miserable fug by not supporting P.O.S like that. N b4 you call me a libtard or some other dumb ish know I'm an Anarchist/Libertarian and believe both these dudes should get a complete ass whooping (at min) or something worse for what they have done to women in this world.
