Yeah giving up 30 pts to any team is embarrassing. We were also not aggressive at all. 4 man rush all day.

Where is this 3-4? We've been hoodwinked and bamboozled. One of the good things of the 3-4 is the blitz, where is our blitz packages? 1 sack today from our corner back. Some things change, Ron remains the same.

GJBC did get protection from a mod little over a year ago. He was going to get suspended from the forum for things he said but because that mod said he liked his content and comments he would not ever suspend him no anything he says in the forum. That shows he has full immunity here..

I got a warning for comment that trump probably went to the same massage parlor as Kraft. Bringing blatant political rhetoric into a football thread should get a warning if not a suspension.

Luke: 4/4, 1 PBU, 2 forced fumbles. One we took the penalty, the other was fixed. Got faked twice. And has to move two extra steps to any ball now.

Cam: 230 some yards, 1 int, obviously cannot run any more. Overthrow everything as soon as that pass was tipped(not the CMC one or the fixed one, in between those). Couldn’t get a rhythm at all. Was not actually overly pressured on throwing downs besides one OL fugup. Headset fugup was on him. Should have just picked a play and ran it.

Ya Luke showed up way more than Cam. But as I said previously on the overthrown deep ball. Cams arm is good. That’s a bonus. He needs to get with his WR and get poo fixed before Thursday.

Luke showed up when there was a big run from the opposing team, or the TEs casually picking up 1st downs lol. Your narrative is clear. So I’m not going back-and-forth, but if propping up Luke to poo on Cam is your angle, I’d rather use CmC as the comparison.

Luke made more than a couple mistakes. Besides, who cares if Luke has to adjust to a new formation if Cam gets no consideration for having surgery and new mechanics. Bit hypocritical.

No your statement in itself is hypocritical. I don’t dislike cam, he’s an awesome player and QB. His play today was sub par whereas Luke was still well above par. It’s the play, not the person.

I didn’t ever say Cam gets no consideration for that, in fact I said it’s good he can throw over 10 yards again. His mistakes were mental. Not physical in this instance. Just the same as Luke’s.

That just shows where your hate is coming from. I don’t hate Cam, he just made a ton of mental mistakes today. I want to see wins, he leads the offense. Which was poo outside of CMC.

So stop with your people are pooing on Cam, because they are calling him out for a bad game.

Admit Cam had a bad game and we can go on to talking about how Cam/Luke can fix things on both sides of the ball for next week. Because there are still a hell of a lot more games to go, and I don’t particularly want to spend the next half a year blaming every facet of our team.

Same old same old. We haven't had a good DC since McDermott.

Honestly the defense had a worse game than Cam. The offense scored 20 pts ,the ST scored 7 pts, and the defense gave up 30 pts. Really who had the bad game?

Cam was off today and had trouble hitting guys.  Does he looks smaller to you guys?   The main play was a 2-3 yard pass it seemed like.  Defense looked ok, but can't spend that long on the field in the heat.  The Defense and Offensive line need a few games to gel.  I thought we'd lose this one, but think we'll dominate Tampa.

Cams numbers were compatible to Goffs. CMC was compatible to Gurley. The Panthers defense gave up over 30 points.

    • I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.
    • Very true on the length but stuff like this is never where we shine. We aren’t a good team at drafting.
    • Homerism aside, the more I see from Dan, the more impressed I am.  His player evaluation instincts. Last year his 2 premier FA signings, Hunt and Lewis COMPLETELY changed the line and I have a feeling his success in choosing blue chip guys will continue.  Look at the panthers’s rep for FA signings in the past. By and large, it’s been guys 1 year past their prime who had an injury and suckered our GM in to a crippling contract. We never get nice things. When was the last time this team signed 2 young blue chip studs  in the same offseason to contracts worthy of their impact? Ever?  Im telling y’all, players respect and trust Morgan.
