Cap is projected to go up by the same $10M/year it has since the current CBA was signed in 2011. It was around $110-120M back then and is projected to be $199M next year.

The biggest reason is just the effect of having 9 years of being able to roll cap over to the next year. The Colts for example with their rollover have a salary cap of $237M this year. The actual salary cap is around $190M and they will be able to rollover around $42M into next year.

it's funny, ever since Cam's been away from the team, I've noticed the personalities of other players come alive, like the more quiet reserved soft spoken players are expressing themselves a little more.

Nothing against Cam at all, but part of the reason Smitty was let go is b/c you had two dynamic narcissistic premadonnas clashing, and that can be a ticking time bomb for any team. 

cam's obsession has always been the spotlight, to be the center of attention no matter what the circumstances, and quite honestly, that can be unhealthy for any team trying to build a cohesive solid foundation

I just feel the chemistry right now is a lot more close knit, and whether that has to do with Cam being away or the simple fact the team is on a 4 game winning streak, something is definitely different than in years past.

It was like this when we went 15-1 and players were taking pictures on the sideline every game. Winning allows you to have fun. This has nothing to do with Cam.
