To be fair, this is the closest thing Hurts has seen to an NFL defense.  Heck, most of these LSU guys will be drafted at some point, so he's playing future NFL talent.   His defense and his OL definitely look like college players and are doing him ZERO favors.

Every pro defense is made up of college stars.  LSU would be lucky to get a field goal against the worst NFL defense.  Veterans like Mccoy would destroy 20 year old offensive lineman.

Unfortunately for Hurts, pretty much every time he's gone up against a top tier defense, the results have not been good.

LSU is athletically a much better team than OU.

Trenches dominated by LSU.

Burrows is impressive, but you wonder if the two QB's were to switch uni's, how would the half have looked.

Burrows hits the passes he is supposed to hit however and moves well in the pocket.  Cincy is working now on their 2nd round picks going forward

Do you not remember those times when we had Fua, McClain, Corn Elder, Sherrod Martin and even now Donte Jackson. Yeah those guys aren’t college stars

I still hope Cam is our starting QB next season, but my goodness, Burrows looks amazing. The things I would do to get him in a Panthers uniform. Cincinnati has the golden ticket right now.
