I'm not making any reaches. If McCarthy is indeed hired like I believe he will be .. then we'll have an owner from Pittsburgh .. a Head Coach from Pittsburgh .. and our founder said Pittsburgh was his personal model organization .. and they are all from Pittsburgh is just a coincidence

And then we can be the ... drum roll ... Pittsburgh Panthers. It’s what Richardson wanted all along. He went to Wofford after he was ruled ineligible by Pittsburgh. He loved the school and city so much that he’s took the name “Panthers” when we got an NFL franchise.

Richardson named us the Panthers because he knew a Huey P. Newton descendant would be the greatest player in team history ..

In 100 years Newton is still going to be the greatest Panther. McCarthy and Cam will win five rings at least.
