Would be the toughest pull for Tepper

Rhule is from NY, grew up liking the Giants, coached OL for them under Tom Coughlin.  And rumor is thats always been his dream job

Seeing what I am right now I'm not really worried about it. It seems the giants would be pedestrian with him.

What did you expect to see from one game. One where they are at a distinct talent disadvantage

This is what people automatically ignore.

Baylor was a dumpster fire (after all the sanctions etc) and pretty much irrelevant before he got there.

Would be like if Bill Bellicheck came in here and couldn't beat the Ravens in Baltimore with this years week 16-17 panthers, so they say no way stay away

And had a ton of time to prepare. I'd expect that time to prepare to heavily favor a supposed football savant.

So did Lincoln Riley. With a similar disadvantage. At least this is a game. I know LSU is better but so was OKL. Over Baylor.

Coming out of HS I thought Fromm would be next Brett Favre. He was featured in that QB1 series on NetFlix (along with Tate Martell) and I thought his personality and demeanor screamed franchise QB.

I'd very much like to see us take him. Great TD pass as I was typing this.

    • How many elite QBs do we have right now in the league? And how elite are they, really? Mahomes - I seriously doubt anyone would say otherwise. My only counterpoint is that since Tyreek left, he has not been as explosive. Only one with a ring. Allen - Yes. His first year was rough, however, and even now, he's a turnover machine which has cost his team games. Wouldn't surprise me if he regresses as talent around him goes elsewhere. Burrow - Can say he got to a Super Bowl but injuries may be a concern. All those sacks he took may be coming back to bite the Bengals. Jackson/Prescott - Can't win in the playoffs even with rosters around them, so no. So there you go. At least in my eyes, there's only maybe 3 right now. And over the past 10 years, QBs not Mahomes/Brady that have won were (noodle arm) Manning, Nick Foles and Matthew Stafford. Even Stafford I'd argue was a one-shot because the Rams absolutely went all-in with talent.
    • Without Guentzel, the team has a better chance of being able to keep Jarvy long term, Noesen for another 2-3 years, Drury and Turbo maybe. And I'm saying that because I think Jarvis will make us forget about Guentzel.
