I totally agree with this.. That was a great little titbit.. He didn't get rid of players on a losing team (like alot of coaches do example Gurden)he just coached them up and put them in a system that made them winners.. I like that..

The reason why he had starters from his 1st year play his last year is because recruiting to a school with major sex abuse scandals is nearly impossible. He couldn't cut them because he had no one to replace them with. But that he managed to keep them on the squad and not transferring is a testament to his motivational and people skills combined with good coaching.

Milltary moves families during the school year. Not saying "THEY NEED TO MOVE RIGHT MEOW!!1!!". Just want my new coach to be super comfy with his family at his new diggs. Draft and thousand other things are happening, coach needs his mind and family.

Your comment about military families is false. I know many military families and they have all waited until the children are out of school, moving over the summer. Even those moving to/from base housing. Waiting 6 months or longer.

Besides, where is the Rhul family going to move to? Even if someone else packs them up. It takes time, months, to buy the right home in an area suited for them plus the time needed to sign the children up for school.

And ........

    • I think the qualification has changed over time though. A deep ball play used to take 4 to 6 seconds for the receiver to get to that spot on the field. Now a receiver can be there in 2.5. That's less time than most QBs have to set and throw. In my mind a deep route takes time to develop. A crossing route and a deep route can't take the same amount of time at full speed. You can have 4 deep balls on the same drive,  almost 5 if you do 5 20 yard throws goal line to goal line. That doesn't even make sense when you say it out loud.
    • The sad part is it looks manicured enough that he's aware it's running away from him.  Also, I just wanted to give you some fun loving grief on King Haynes today having a chance to throw a game winning TD, and was wildly errant, and ultimately picked off to end the game.  So happy I won't have to hear anything else about The Golden Calf of Bristol lite ever again watching college football.
    • I just think Panthers believe in Bryce far more than the fans do and he is most likely going to be the QB at least the next two seasons. the real shot of us moving from Bryce is not getting an extension, till then they are going to give him every chance to succeed and I just want to win.
