I hope this was a joke.  Dorsey never developed Cam beyond what tools he already had and failed to correct Cam's bad mechanics.  At least the Turner's tried to correct them.  Dorsey just let Cam be Cam, bad mechanics and all and that defeats the point of being a coach.  Doresy was Cam's personal cheerleader, not coach.

Dorsey has a job. He's the Bills quarterback coach.

Good!  Probably the reason why Josh Allen hasn't taken the next step yet.  Dorsey is not a developer.

Yeah, but could you imagine Allen's development with a good QB coach?  The kid is oozing with talent and potential, it's up to the QB coach to help him maximize it.  Sound familiar?  I was one of the guys pounding the table for Dorsey to get canned.  As much as people blame Rivera for Cam not maximizing his talents, it was ultimately his position coach responsible for that...Ken Dorsey.

His name is Jeremy Scott. He got his degree from Penn State, he's been at Baylor the last 4 years.

As an aside, I just saw the 49ers have 25 coaches on staff. Perhaps we’re going to that type of model as well.

Changes to the #Panthers staff for coach Matt Rhule: The plan is to move RBs coach Jake Peetz to QB coach, sources say, and to hire former #Redskins TE coach Brian Angelichio as Carolina’s TEs coach. Peetz’s time at Alabama under Nick Saban gives him added offensive depth.

Interesting adjusting to Panthers staff here. Peetz has some NFL QB coach experience and worked heavily with QBs while at Alabama. Staff was also really set on keeping Peetz and blocked him from WASH interview, as

Something that was heavily emphasized in various releases when Peetz was initially hired, in fact, was his work implementing RPOs in a Tua Tagovailoa-led Alabama offense in 2018.
