We get to play them next year, they don't. @Iron Saint is a saints fan. Our division plays the NFCN next year and then the NFCE in 2021. We only play the Redskins next year because both our teams finished last in the division. They have to take on the eagles.

Oh duh, my bad. Stupid mistake.

Yes, I understand the scheduling process... But, sorry, I didn't look at the handle of who was posting. Need more coffee. Late night and early morning here.  Not very awake yet even though it's nearly 11 am local as I type this.

I bet they do well.

Sports world is like the corporate world. When an executive is brought in they take their people with them. Calling this nepotism doesnt fit with the definition of nepotism. Hes not bringing family and friends. Hes hiring former coworkers.

Nepotism is our president making his daughter senior advisor and giving his son in law top level security clearance.

Yeah, I much rather play the Eagles than the Cowboys next year (while they’re an unknown commodity). Even though we squeaked by them this year, they have a really good core of players that can overachieve with the right coaching. At least both us and y’all will have a year’s worth of film on Dallas’ new offense by the time we play them in 2021.

I feel we match up rather well with the Eagles though so I got that to look forward to. Guess we’ll see if the schedule makers send us to Philadelphia in December or not.

Haha, it’s all good, friend. You had good intentions so I’ll still pie for trying to help.

So, Ron just stacked his staff with his buddies just like he did here?  Good call, dipshit.

ron doesn't like challenges to his philosophy.  he thinks he already knows it all and that if it worked for the '85 bears it has to work in today's NFL; and if it doesn't work, it's certainly not his system, it's because the players didn't execute properly.

how this guy is considered a players' coach, when he consistently throws them under the bus for losses, will never make sense to me.  i wish him well, but am glad he's gone.   7 years too late, if you ask me.

Yeah. Stuck him back in the assistant defensive backs role, though.

Maybe he's at least starting to get the hint that he's not really that good.

he just wants to be able to promote him later after he fires the defensive backs coach because the players didn't execute. built-in safety net to save his own ass-typical ron move.
