If "the person involved" is Luke it would fit. My previous read is that it wasn't, but I could be wrong on that.

I would give you that waiting to finalize something with Luke would serve as a reason why the full staff hasn't been announced yet.

I think it’s marketing in general. New stadium amenities outside of end zone vip bunkers, unveiling of the final design of the new practice facility, and uni’s

I noticed Tepper leaned toward black pants more because I've seen them in the last 2 years more then ever and I love it. We are the Panthers, we should be rocking alot of black

I thought the Panthers won "best uniforms" a while back in a poll that was completely objective and not in any way influenced by Panther fans on social media.

Our fan base is strong and obviously felt like we had the baddest uniforms in the NFL
