Teddy can redeem himself in New Orleans

Teddy is what he is, he's not pure garbage.. but he's not a guy who's gonna bring you back In the game on his own when your down 2 scores. He is a game manager.

To me Teddy has nothing to prove, he is not a franchise QB. Great accuracy within 15 yards, anything over that is generally a duck unless the WR jumps out of his cleats.

Considering the offenses these two teams run, and the limp-armed QB's each team has, this game is going to come down to tackling. The team that can shut down screens, short routes, and slants, will win the game.

And we really have people wanting to draft other people over Lance if he's there? I mean, really? LOL.

CMC didn’t play for half the season, KK gone, new offense and new coaches, cam gone, Olsen gone, Luke retired, starting LT injured most the season so far...most dead money in the NFL...corona affecting offseason...

If Rhule pulls 9-7 out of his ass with that garbage heap you’d have to be an absolute moron to not be ecstatic for the future.

River would easily go 4-12 unable to adjust to the circumstances and would blame them instantly given the chance.

    • He makes a good point about Wallace.  In fairness to Wallace it is hard to play your position as freely as you need to when your defensive line is getting pushed around like ragdolls.  One of the greatest attributes a defensive line has is sucking up blocks, freeing up your linebackers.  Our defensive line couldn't suck up a lollipop more or less blocks.  I think Evans, Sanders and Tremble are going to be a really nice TE group.  I can see all three getting time on the field.  If Sanders can improve as a blocker teams won't be so inclined to believe it is a pass play whenever Sanders is on the field.  Ryan Fitzgerald, I think was an awesome pick-up. Hopefully he can fill our kicker void. Luke Kandra many turn out to be our next Norwell.  Everything I have heard about him says he's a beast.  He needs some refinement, but the good news is he's got Hunt and Lewis (arguably the best guard tandem in the league) to learn from.
    • Great teams build through the draft and have several young players that start that are on rookie contracts. It's important to hit on players in rounds 4 thru 7.  These should be future starters and solid depth.  When you hit on most of your picks you free up a lot of cap space for those one- or two-year players to fill spots you are thin at. No GM is going to perfect on all their picks.  You're going to whiff every once in a while.  That was Hurney problem.  He'd nail the first pick but after that it was reach after reach and we couldn't get any depth on this team. I'm excited about Morgan as our GM and hopefully he'll be around a long time.  It will be even better if Canales can continue to grow as a head coach, both in the development of young players and play calling. I remember last season after Young came back in the lineup and started to perform well.  We saw different plays I had only seen other teams use.   If Canales's play design and play calling continue to grow. Morgan and Canales will be linked together for a long time.  It would be nice to see a Coach and GM together for a decade or two. Go Panthers
